Each weekend program can be counted towards the American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board's workshop requirement for diplomate status. This module presents the best available evidence to support the diagnosis and rehabilitation concepts for various thoracic conditions commonly seen in practice. This will include but not be limited to: upper crossed and thoracic outlet syndroms, increased kyphosis, diaphram, ribs, and myofascial complaints. Functional management of thoracic spinal pain and issues in the principles of breathing and the region's integral relation to the locomotor system will be taught. An emphasis on evaluation, assessment and its direct implementation to correction will be demonstrated. This course will emphasize participation and hands on training.
