THIS COURSE IS VALID TOWARDS CCSP CREDENTIALING

This 5 hour module will enable the clinician to diagnose and triage the common sports injuries of the lower extremity. Imaging protocols, return to play guidelines and introduction to the assessment of the entire kinetic chain will also be introduced in this overview module.

Learning Objectives:
• Identify common sports related injuries of the lower extremity and lumbo-pelvic hip complex.
• Triage sports injuries and understand return to play guidelines for common injuries
• Have an understanding of imaging studies needed to confirm or rule out sports injuries of the lower extremity.
